Creating Basic Granny Squares
How do you do yours?

Granny squares were one of the first crochet items I (like many others new to crochet) learned to make. Over the years I have discovered that people create these basic 3 treble cluster squares in different ways, such as how rounds are started, the number of chains used between clusters, or whether to turn between rounds or not. It really is personal preference.
Some say that turning between each round keeps the square straight and prevents twisting. Hmmm, I may have to test out this theory.
I chain 3 at the beginning of the round and turn after each round. I've put together a step by step guide of the method I use to create my basic granny squares. Click Here to find out more!
